Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days from the date an order was received. In case you wish to return any product you purchased at our shop please make sure to let us know within 14 days after you received that specific product. Shipment for returned items will be charged to the customer. Shipping rates are calculated per order weight and volume of the product. Be aware that shipping rates may be subject to change. The most actual shipping rate is calculated during checkout. No rights can be derived from the above-mentioned rates.
