Of course! Just email us your friend’s information (full name, email), and we’ll approve the discount under the new name.
CAN I TRANSFER MY VANTAGE CLUB STATUS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Unfortunately, that’s not possible, but we do encourage you to invite anyone to join because it’s completely free!
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED?
Perhaps the issue that you’re facing is fixable. Email us about the problem that you’re having with our product, and we’ll work to find a solution. In any case, we’ll mutually work on a solution for your problem and make you happy – our customers come first!

Unlike other ecommerce websites, we like to think that our customers are a part of V Plus Habitat family. That being said, we founded the Vantage club. Instead of opening a classic account, where you get the usual information regarding your buying history and other unimportant info, we created your own special corner in our website where you just log in and find your own status, along with all benefits and discounts that apply to all products. You can easily check anytime how you rank after each item you buy, and how much more you have left to move onto the next level of membership. Every higher level brings more discounts and benefits. You’ll get your Vantage club card and receive information about new arrivals and sales we’re going to run.
WHEN?S THE DELIVERY?
We ship the product as soon as we get an order from you. our standard is to make sure deliveries leave our storage facilities within 1-2 days from the moment your order come in, shipping time may very to different locations but we do our best to make the delivery within 7 working days
